A funnel, not a storehouse.
Our operating model is simple by design. We are not building an institution that must be fed — we are a set of hands that moves what God provides into the hands of the people who need it.
Goods flow in, and go straight back out
- I
God Provides
Stewarded goods and gifts flow in — never money, only what meets a real need.
- II
The Warehouse
A waypoint, not a storehouse to fill. Everything is tracked; nothing sits past 30 days.
- III
Hands That Move
Volunteers and partner churches carry it out to where it is needed.
- IV
The Neighbor
The practical need is met first — and the door to hope opens.
Five commitments keep us honest
Stewardship is the guiding principle of everything we do — of time, of space, of money, and of everything else He has provided.
- 01
We meet needs, not wants.
Everything we steward goes to a real, practical need — food, water, hygiene, care for a pet — never to a want or a preference.
- 02
We will not build a large storehouse.
Our warehouse is a waypoint, not a destination.
- 03
We will not store things.
Goods that sit on a shelf are not serving anyone.
- 04
We will not hold anything past 30 days.
If an item hasn't moved in a month, it moves — to a partner, to a neighbor, wherever it can serve.
- 05
We do not accept donations.
Instead, we steward the goods He provides toward practical needs, through our actions.
“Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.”
Open to review, by anyone who asks.
We operate in full transparency. All incoming and outgoing goods are tracked on a monthly basis and are available for review by any volunteer, partner, or contributor upon request.
If you served with us, you are entitled to see exactly what came in and where it went.
- Every incoming and outgoing good is tracked and open to review.
- We keep no large storehouse and store nothing that could be serving someone.
- We accept no donations — we steward the goods God provides toward real, practical needs.
- A monthly report is maintained and shared with any volunteer, partner, or contributor on request.
- If you served with us, you are entitled to see exactly what came in and where it went.
